My whole life I have carried around beliefs about myself that were not allowing me to live the life I truly deserve. I felt unworthy of all good things in my life and would try to push away the ones who loved me. I decided to join the Breakthrough to Amazing, I was hesitant but I am so happy I did!!! This 12 week program was exactly what I needed. Through my work Heather had me digging deep into the issues I have been carrying around with me since I can remember. The weekly teachings were easy to do but extremely important in getting to the root of beliefs I had about myself. Weekly group calls made me feel supported and not alone. I am grateful to Heather for helping me change my old beliefs and create news ones through this program. With my new tools I learnt, I feel I am now living the life I deserve

When I met Heather, I was struggling with body image, fear of success, self worth and sabotage issues.
